 Luxor and Aswan In 2 Days

| Pick you up at 6.30am to catch Aswan convoy first stop to visit Edfu temple , , the most important monument in the city of Edfu is the Temple of Horus, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful and preserved Temples in Egypt, From Edfu we would continue our drive upriver (south) to our next stop, Kom Ombo the ancient city of Pa-Sebek ( the "home of Sabek"), the crocodile god. Crocodiles were worshipped in pre-dynastic times and the temple at Kom Ombo is dedicated to this Egyptian god. Of note concerning this temple is its unusual style. It is actually two separate temples joined on one side. One temple is dedicated to Sebek, the crocodile god, and the second to Haroeris, Horus the Great, the solar god of war. Sabek was the god of fertility who is believed to be the creator of the world. From Kom Ombo we would continue our drive to Aswan when you aill arrive check-in have rest then we will pick you up again to visit High Dam that was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops; continue to the granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptians with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the famous Unfinished Obelisk and then you will be taking by motor-boat to island of Egilka visit the majestic Philae temple that was dedicated to the Goddesses Isis.  One day Luxor – Cairo – Luxor by flight
**early morning; our representative will be waiting for you at the reception of your Hotel or Cruise to transfer you to Luxor Airport to get your flight to Cairo (it takes 45 minutes to reach Cairo).
**Upon arrival Cairo; your guide for the day will pick you up and begin your guided tour in Giza with visiting the legendary majestic The Three Pyramids, which are considered one of the Old Seven Wonders, erected by Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerionos. When you finish exploring the Great Pyramids our next stop is a visit to the Sphinx monument; guarding the royal burial chambers and temple of Cheops.It is a mythical statue with the body of a lion & human head. Then you will see the old Pharaohs were doing their writings over these lovely papers & the perfumes shops to enjoy the wonderful smell of the fresh oils which the perfumes are. Ride Camels At the Pyramids Area.
**Take your Lunch at a Local Restaurant. Oriental or Vegetarian Lunch is Available- After that; continue your tour in Cairo with visiting the Egyptian Museum of antiquities, which was established in 1902 near the city center in Cairo. On display is a rare collection of 5000 years of art the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to the Tut-Ankh-Amon collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry, as it was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920 s when his tomb was excavated.
Then proceed to visit the Coptic Cairo; home of some of the oldest Christian churches in the world. Retrace the steps where Mary and Joseph walked thousands of years ago. Next, visit the Hanging Church, also known as El Muallaqa that was dedicated to the Virgin Mary, believed to have been built at the end of the 3rd century. Built on the outer wall is the Greek St. George Church.
**Finally, a visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaars that date back to 1382. Shops in this district are legendary for fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques and more! Everything for sale in these shops is negotiable - be prepared to bargain for goods in this exciting maze of shops!
At evening; transfer you to Cairo airport to get your flight to Luxor(it takes 45 minutes to reach Luxor). Upon arrival at Luxor; you will be transferred to your Hotel or Cruise.

Pick up from your hotel in Luxor or the airport/train station and transfer to your Nile cruise vessel.
Enjoy an unforgettable day of sightseeing when you discover the East & West Bank of Luxor. We begin firstly with the East Bank to visit the Luxor Temple built by Amenophis III and the Karnak Temple. We then cross to the West Bank to explore the Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of the Kings, temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Stay overnight in Luxor.
All meals are included whilst on board cruiser.

| Today we sail to Esna and cross the lock in the afternoon. We continue our jouney to Edfu and stay overnight. |
| Day 3 Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan |
| This morning our visits begins firstly with a visit to the Temple of Horus, a beautiful Egyptian temple distinguished by its huge splendid structure that blends Pharaonic and Greek architecture. Enjoy lunch onboard whilst sailing to Kom Ombo. At Kom Ombo we take the opportunity to explore the temple there shared by the two Gods, Sobek and Haroeris. We continue sailing through the evening and arrive in Aswan. |

| Another day of marvels awaits. Tour the Philae Temple, dedicated to Goddess Isis and enjoy a felucca boat ride around Elephantine Island and the botanical gardens. After lunch you will continue your visits to the High Dam and pass by the Old Dam Overnight on board in Aswan. |

| Disembark after breakfast. Transfer to your hotel or the airport/train station in Aswan. End of our services. |
