scientific research, clay found in these springs has therapeutic properties
that can cure numerous bone, skin, kidney, respiratory diseases and
other problems Also, the Red Sea water with its chemical composition and
abundance of coral reefs can help cure various forms of psoriasis. Socrates,
the founder of climatic physiotherapy, referred to this fact in his famous
papers entitled "Egypt and Climatic Therapy". He advised people to
go to Egypt and enjoy its warm weather and refreshing sea breeze. Following
his advice, tourists have been coming to Egypt for hundreds of years for
cures to ailments often caused by Europe's colder, more humid climate . Choose where you can be in good

Scuba Diver - the
real taste of diving in just two days.
This course means you can dive just
about anywhere in the world, but you must dive with an instructor or Dive
master to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
After completing the Course
in resort, you can upgrade to a full Open Water qualification.
Over two days you have two
knowledge development sessions, two pool sessions and two more open water
dives to a depth of 18 meters.
PADI Open Water Diver
- choose Fast rack or 4-day course
PADI (Professional Association of Dive
Instructors) is an internationally recognized organization.
This entry-level course gives you the Open Water Diver certification, which
means you can dive with any qualified diver to a maximum of 18 meters. This
is the pre-requisite course for any training.
There are three sections to both the Fast rack and 4-day course: theory, pool
work and open water dives.
Knowledge of basic diving theory is covered by video and instructor
presentations, diving skills are developed in confined water and on the last
two days, you complete four training dives under the supervision of your
instructor.
Four-day course
Your training starts and ends
in resort, which is why it takes longer than the Fast rack course, although
you still have time for recreational diving, or just to relax on the beach,
see the sights!

Egypt: the perfect place for
honeymoon vacations.
What could be more romantic than the land of the queen that lured two Roman
Caesars, Julius and Mark Anthony?
Like Cleopatra your bride will glide with you along
the enchanted Nile, viewing the same scenes as did for millennia ancient
merchants and conquerors.
This country, described by the historian Herodotus as the "gift of the
Nile", is home to one of the oldest civilizations of mankind.
Five thousand years of
history will reflect off the waters of the river as you gaze from the window
of your airplane, reminding you that your honeymoon destination has been the
location of innumerable romantic stories.
The longest river in the
world with its seasonal inundations fed the pharaohs, created surplus wealth
that made possible the building of the pyramids and later caused Egypt to
become the granary of the Roman Empire.
Visit Alexandria, founded by
Alexander the Great in 332 BC, prosperous seaport on the Mediterranean Sea,
now and a modern and lively city with beautiful hotels overlooking the
harbor.
The Sinai Peninsula, the very place where in the Bible Moses received the Ten
Commandments, is also part of Egypt. Here Bedouins still live in tents woven
from goat hair, following their complex traditions and always ready to move,
when it is necessary to find better pastures. The Suez Canal, the world's
most important waterway, divides the peninsula from the mainland.
If you visit Cairo during
your honeymoon you will see the heart of Egypt and the largest city in Africa
and the Middle East with 17 million people. Full of life - overflowing
numbers of people, traffic, street vendors, shops, and bazaars everywhere -
the city of 1,001 nights captures all visitors with its exotic atmosphere.
The Egyptian Museum displays the greatest existing collection of Near Eastern
artifacts, the mosques with their tall and ornate minarets show an incredible
variety of styles and the palaces are decorated with intricate geometrical
patterns.
Do you need ideas on the
perfect Honeymoon or wedding destination? We are happy to provide them. There
are many types of Honeymoons and wonderfully exotic places to get married.
We'll help you choose what is best for you both; all inclusive resorts,
independent tours, luxurious cruises, or anything you may have been dreaming
about for this memorable time.

Kharga used to be the last
but one stop on The Forty Days Road, the infamous slave-trade route between
North Africa and the tropical south. Today, it is the biggest New Valley
oasis and its modern city houses 60,000 people, including 1,000 Nubians who
moved here after the creation of lake Nasser. Outside the main center is the
Temple of Hibis, built on the site of an 18th dynasty settlement of Saites,
Persians and Ptolemies One of the few Persian monuments in Egypt, the 6th
century BC temple is well-preserved with painted vultures and huge
reliefs of Darius greeting Egyptian
gods on the outer walls.
The thermal springs at Bulaq and Nasser villages to the south, are famous for
water temperatures of up to 43 C and reputed to be suitable for the treatment
of rheumatism and allergies. Camping facilities are available near both
villages.
The Dakhla Oasis lies to the northwest
of Kharga and is also about 310 km to the southeast of Farafra. This oasis
consists of 14 settlements and has a population of about 70,000 people.
Dakhla is the farthest oasis out of Cairo and is considered one of Egypt's
most beautiful oases.
Dakhla sits in a depression
surrounded by pink cliffs. There are about 30,000 acres of cultivated land.
Most of its 70,000 or so residents are farmers who constantly fight the
battle of the dunes that threaten their fields and orchards. The fields and
gardens are filled mostly with mulberry trees, date palms, figs and other
citrus fruits. Dakhla has retained most of its culture and charm even though
it has increased in size by about double and government funding and technical
training has revitalized the economy.
Farafra, known as Ta-iht or the Land
of the Cow in pharaonic times, is a single village. The most isolated of the
New Valley Oases it is renowned for its strong traditions and piety.
According to folklore, the villagers once lost track of time and had to send
a rider to Dakhla so they could hold the Friday prayers on the right day. The
oldest part of the village, on a hillside, is next to peaceful walled palm
groves.
Mostly inhabited by Bedouins,
the small mud-brick houses all have wooden doorways with medieval peg locks.
As in other oases, many of Farafra's houses are painted blue (to ward off the
Evil Eye) but here some are also decorated with landscapes, birds and
animals, the handiwork of local artist, Badr.
Siwa, the most inaccessible of all
Egypt's oasis until very recently, is also one of the most fascinating,
laying some 60 feed below sea level.. On the edge of the Great Sand Sea, its
rich history includes a visit from Alexander the Great to consult the Oracle
of Amun in 331 BC.
The area has a nice climate,
chilly in winter, hot in the summer and moderate in the spring and autumn.
Lake Siwa to the west of the town of is a large, saltwater lake.
The area is famous for its dates and olives, and is one of the most beautiful
landscapes in Egypt
Located 365km west of Giza and 200km
north of Farafra oasis. Bawiti is the capital of Bahareya Oasis.
Bahareya Oasis is known for its sunny dry weather throughout summer and
winter. Its natural springs(cold and hot) amount to 398 springs(sulphurous
and mineral). In addition to ancient Roman springs that flow sulphuric water
and known for its curative qualities.
Ruins of the Graeco Roman
periods at AL Qasr, Bawiti and Qaret Helwa areas receive great attention from
visitors.
The Fayoum is a wonderful area of
Egypt with a rich and interesting history. It is an area where Egyptians
often vacation and which is constantly growing more popular among Europeans.
The peacefulness of the area is a relief from the hustle and bustle of Cairo,
from which it is a brief trip. Bird life still abounds around Lake Qaroun,
bordered by semi-nomadic Bedouin settlements and fishing villages.
